A new review will be posted asap after their opening. The new owners are seasoned local restaurateurs, so we assume they will hit the ground running.

Hours for the new Salt Air are Tues. - Sat. 5-9.
Starting Tues., May 22, Salt Air will be open Mon. - Thurs. 5-9 and Fri., Sat., 5-10. Happy hour in the bar from 5-7 with half-price appetizers and snack bar items. $1 off wine and beer glasses, signature crushes, infusions and sangrias.

Pig and Fish Restaurant Company is located on Rehoboth Avenue on the south side of the street where the old Sydney's Jazz Club used to be. Having owned a BBQ restaurant, I'm hard to please (bordering on annoying, truth be told...) when it comes to smoked pork, brisket, chicken and other BBQ items. Pig & Fish surprises me every time.
