CHASING THE GRAPE

Reviews and Commentary on Wines Offered at Area Restaurants

My name is Bill McManus. I’m pleased to be able to help you decide which wines to taste--and which ones not to taste--here in Rehoboth Beach.

I’ve been through it all! Boones Farm, Reunite (on ice, that’s nice. yuck.), BlueBill_M_Pic_crop_sm Nun, White Zinfandel and eventually Lambrusco. How sad.

But it wasn’t long before I ventured into the more serious labels and vintages. Ahhh! I had found my passion!

There's nothing mysterious about wines. It's all about what you like. My reviews will be on a per-restaurant basis. I’ll sample their wines, attend tastings and pairings, and then I’ll tell you all about it.

Like my picks? Hate them? Post your own comments below each review. If I missed something, I’ll humbly fix it. If I don’t agree with you, I’ll happily tell you why you're wrong.

Welcome to Chasing the Grape!
