Maple-Honey Butter

Description: Ridiculously easy to make. Wonderful on pancakes or fresh, yeasty bread.
 
 
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (NOT diet!)
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon

 

 
Preparation:
Mix everything together.

 

 
Notes:
If you are having guests, buy little white glass ramekins, fill each one with the butter when it is soft, then refrigerate shortly before serving. Each person has their personal little honey butter.
